EXCHANGES/RETURNS
You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 15 days of the receiving date.

Make sure to include your order number and the reason/request for the return. We use this information to find your details and process your request as quickly as possible. If you send something back without any info, we won't know what to do with it :)
All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. This may take up to 7-15 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
NOTE: Please ensure there is no dust/fluff or cologne/perfume on all items sent back, they will not be accepted.
Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Plain Lux. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please include your order number and the size/product you would like in exchange. We are able to hold items for you, so email plainlux1@gmail.com if you would like to do so. Please note we are only able to hold items for 10 business days.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Plain Lux Team via plainlux1@gmail.com Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Plain Lux will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.
Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.
